About the Role

We are now recruiting for a Senior Brand Manager - Hardys EMEA to join the Global Marketing team. This role is based in Weybridge, reporting to the Global Brand Director - Hardys, with dotted line reporting to the Europe Head of Brand to ensure strong and effective ways of working.

You’ll be have dual responsibility for the Hardys portfolio across UK & EMEA and Global; including the development, implementation and optimisation of customer & consumer strategy and plans including budgets, portfolio, campaign and project management.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Develop & launch strategic brand plans to drive growth
• Champion Hardy’s portfolio growth & lead innovation and advocate for resources
• Extract powerful consumer insights to fuel strategy with key market data
• Leverage data for optimised marketing to build effective, results-driven plans
• Provide expert brand & market intelligence to inform decisions
• Manage & optimise agency performance to develop & deliver impactful campaigns
• Align brand strategy with retail execution to drive sales through shopper marketing
• Deliver compelling stakeholder presentations to secure buy-in and action
• Lead product innovation & development to bring new ideas to market
• Maximise marketing investment & ROI to drive profitability

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in managing large brands and navigating complex challenges.

The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG or alcohol marketing, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement. You will be adept at prioritising your workload, working across multiple countries and markets, managing substantial budgets, and managing cross functional stakeholder relationships.

You’ll also be able to demonstrate:

• Experience as a Senior Brand Manager with 8+ years of experience in FMCG/alcohol marketing
• Proven success in managing large brands with complex challenges
• Experience working across multiple countries/markets
• Strong track record of managing large A&P budgets
• Expertise in measurement and evaluation to ensure strong ROI
• Highly accountable and results-driven mindset
• Experience working in matrix cross-region/functional teams
• Ability to uncover powerful consumer insights and guide communication strategy
• Collaborative style with well-developed communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Passion for wine
