Initial Phone Interview
This is our opportunity to get to know you a little better, discuss specifics of your experience and share a little more about the position.
Only candidates who meet the key criteria and qualifications for the vacancy will be contacted for this stage.


Face-to-face Interview
Usually only between 3-5 applicants are selected to progress to interview stage, so if you make it this far, well done!
Depending on the type and level of position you have applied for, there may be just one interview, or multiple rounds conducted either in person at one of our sites, or via video link.
Interviews provide a great opportunity for you to learn more about our business and the part you could play in it, whilst meeting the hiring manager and key stakeholders you’ll work with if your application is successful.
Pre-employment Checks
Accolade Wines may request pre-employment checks to validate for the purposes of validating your information, right to work, and assessing assess suitability for the position.
Pre-employment checks may include but are not limited to: right to work, reference checks, medical assessment (for positions onsite at our wineries and production / warehouse facilities), and criminal history checks. We will always ask your permission before proceeding with any checks.
