Role Details
We are seeking a highly motivated National Account Executive to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will support our National Business Manager in managing key accounts across Online Retail, GTR, Aldi, and Costco.
Your responsibilities will include promotional planning and execution, sales support for key stakeholders, content creation, and administrative assistance to ensure smooth and effective account management.
This is a full-time, permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing business.
Role Responsibilities
Strategic
• Support the National Account Manager in the development of Joint Business Planning (JBP), NPD & Innovation presentations, business & category reviews as required
• Support the NAM to build quarterly Business review presentations with allocated accounts
• Support NAM & own implementation and delivery of specific JBP projects
Customer Engagement
• Develop key customer relationships with customer stakeholders
• Lead & drive customer marketplace collateral and promotional plans
Internal Engagement
• Develop cross-functional internal working relationships with a focus on Category, Brand, Shopper & field teams.
• Support communications to the activation / field teams regarding confirmed activity & specific customer activity
• Work with shopper marketing on promotional opportunities and GWP's
Analytical Business Support
• Analytical support for category reviews / core range submissions
• Competitor analysis
• Provide forecasting support for projects eg NPD, new lines
• Lead the key accounts promotional analysis review process
Admin
• Admin support via Anaplan & JDE
• Work with the Claim team to ensure claims & accruals are processed and managed in a timely manner
• Promotional program & CPI submission
• Ensure wholesaler banner/sub group promotional allowances are loaded correctly into specific wholesalers & reflected in customer portals
• Sample requests
What you'll bring
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in liquor (wine preference) or FMCG
- Be able to demonstrate account & customer management experience
- Proven ability to develop sound commercial relationships across the trade & deliver results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel for data analysis and reporting, and PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations to support business decisions
