About the role

You will be responsible for the maintenance of our wine and spirit records as well as the compilation of reports for our winemaking and cellar teams.  Key Accountabilities include:

• Processing of daily wine & spirit operation instructions.
• Generation of operational notes for dispatch. 
• Spreadsheet preparation and consolidation for month end and winemaking reports.
• Production of Vintage reports during the harvest period.
• Preparation of count sheets for stock takes.
• Checking of stock quantities for accuracy, investigate, report, and adjust where discrepancies occur.
• Organisation of local, interstate, external winery wine/juice movement.

About You

• Wine Industry knowledge is highly desirable
• High level of knowledge of computer software packages
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
