About The Role:

Provides administrative support and personal assistance to the Grape Supply Director, Viticulture Manager - Cool Climate and Viticulture Manager - Barossa Valley; ensuring the Grape Intake system is maintained and up to date and all grape payments occur in an accurate and timely manner.

Key Accountabilities Include:

  • Ensure the efficient day to day operation within the Viticulture team by developing, implementing and maintaining effective practices, procedures, records and standards.
  • Assist with the administration of corporate compliance systems.
  • Maintain grower liaison correspondence for contract preparation, grape pricing, newsletters, spray diaries, payments statements, residue testing results and any general correspondence.
  • Collate, distribute and maintain grower and other external party invoicing as required.
  • Arrange functions and meetings.
  • Maintain grower contact details and grape supply agreements in the Accolade grape supply management systems.
  • Coordinate distribution and receipt of signed grower agreements.
  • Process and arrange payment of corporate credit cards and travel bookings for the Grape supply Director, Viticulture Managers, and Vineyard Manager / Viticulturist, Cool Climate.
  • Assist in preparation, collation and distribution of management reports.
  • Maintain training records for the Cool Climate Viticulture team.
  • Generate requisitions and purchase orders and track to completion.
  • Carry out other tasks or responsibilities that may be requested by the Grape Supply Director or Viticulture Manager, Cool Climate.

What You Will Bring:

  • At least 2 years experience in office administration and data entry.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs. 
  • Courteous and professional manner
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
