About the role

 

Reporting to the Head of Growth Channel Marketing, the Trade Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in supporting our marketing strategy through the development, implementation & review of best in class activations across EMEA.

 

No two days will be the same in this dynamic role: from managing the Accolade presence at international trade shows, to rolling out on-trade and off-trade activities. You’ll work closely with the commercial sales team to build strong relationships with customers and grow markets while delivering category leading execution.

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Driving collaboration throughout the planning process between regional brand, category development, and sales
  • Developing clear marketing and activation plans that enable improved distribution across priority brands / SKUs to increase Accolades brand presence across EMEA
  • Developing best in class marketing activations, selling tools, and assets that support our customers’ teams in selling our portfolio and range
  • Briefing and managing agencies, including activation briefs, channel plan big ideas and market adaption right through to post campaign analysis
  • Effectively launching new products across our portfolio
  • Owning & managing Accolade presence at key EMEA trade events
  • Travel to key markets to nurture and build strong customer relationships

What you'll bring

 

  • At least 4 years’ experience in a marketing or sales role ideally within FMCG or Liquor
  • Commercial acumen to build plans for monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Hands on planning, project management and execution skills to brief and manage multiple agencies and campaigns running concurrently in different countries
  • Strong rapport and relationship building skills to understand the needs and nuances of marketing in different countries
  • Energy and self motivation to drive projects forward
  • Confident communication, presentation, and influencing skills to build relationships with internal & external stakeholders at all levels
  • A flexible, creative approach to solving problems, finding solutions
