We are now recruiting for a Talent & Development Specialist to join our global People & Communications team. The T&D specialist will support the team in developing and embedding all talent and performance processes. In addition, you will design and deliver learning to support excellent execution of these processes at all levels.

You can be based at home, with the ability to travel to our Weybridge or Bristol offices (with hybrid working), with the flexibility to collaborate with our Australian colleagues from 7am as necessary. 


This role is full-time and fixed-term for 12 months.

Key responsibilities include

•    Manage and evaluate our performance cycle delivery and continuous improvement 
•    Enhance and deliver our talent review process and talent development initiatives
•    Design and deliver learning and development initiatives with supporting materials across all levels of the business
•    Work with the HR team to apply effective succession planning methodologies, focussing on critical roles
•    Collate performance, talent and learning data to support business partners in their roles and to enable a self-driven learning culture
•    Provide guidance to managers on the developmental needs of individuals and teams and appropriate development activities.
•    Enable the 70/20/10 approach to learning through building manager awareness and capability

What you'll bring

•    2+ years of experience in Talent  development, core HR or Learning & Development
•    A relevant qualification (CIPD level 5 is desired)
•    Demonstrable knowledge of adult learning theory, talent development and facilitation of learning
•    A desire to cultivate a self-driven learning culture via a contemporary approach
•    Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Word, with Proficiency in Articulate or Adobe Captivate highly desirable
•    Proactivity, excellent organisational skills and a passion for wine!
