About the role

This is an integral role within the Endeavour Sales Group at Accolade Wines. It is the centralised liaison between Accolade Wines and one of our biggest customers. The role manages customer inventory, supply and logistic to ensure customer needs are met, with stock kept at an optimal level for both parties. 


This role is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Strategic management of inventory to ensure stock flow is at an optimal level 
•    Proactively guide forecasting, future planning and connection between Endeavour and Accolade
•    Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiencies
•    Manage warehouse performance metrics and service levels 
•    Ensure sufficient stock is available for promotional activities
•    Develop strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders at Endeavour Group
•    Reporting, investigation and resolution of stock issues

What you’ll bring:
