About the role

We are now recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to join our Barossa team. Reporting to the Cellar Manager, this is a stand-alone role with a mix of preventative and break-fix maintenance. 

You will be based at our St Hallett Winery, with travel between sites in the Barossa Valley

This role is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for carrying out repairs and maintaining a proactive preventative maintenance program across the 2 sites
• Identify opportunities and implement change to drive efficiencies 
• Maintain required servicing and preventative maintenance of machinery
• Ensure company standards, systems and procedures are being implemented and maintained
• Build a strong and collaborative relationship with all stakeholders in the business, including guests and team members

What you'll bring:

• Qualified in Electrical, Welding or similar trade with solid hands on experience 
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, standards and codes of practice highly regarded
• Positive ‘Can do’ attitude
• Logical approach to problem solving
• Full working rights - visa holders included
• Proactivity, excellent organisational skills and a passion for wine!
