We are now recruiting for a Senior Commercial Analyst – Revenue Growth Management to join our ANZ Commercial Finance Team. In this role, you will partner with project leads developing New Product Development (NPD) P&Ls, serving as the gatekeeper to brand standards and supporting the annual price increase process.

You will lead the ANZP Allocations Process, balancing unconstrained demand with supply to maximise profitability on our scarce resources.


You can be based in either our Sydney or Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home. 


This role is full-time and permanent

Key responsibilities include:


  • Lead the ANZP Allocations Process, balancing unconstrained demand with supply to maximise profitability on our scarce resources, aligned to our strategic plans. Continuously analyse and refine allocation models to adapt to changing market conditions and supply constraints.
  • Business partner with project leads to produce all NPD Gate P&Ls, complete scenario modelling and hurdle rate review. 
  • Support the Bi-annual price increase process by conducting pricing analysis to determine the appropriate price adjustments while considering market conditions and competitive landscape. Consult with sales, marketing, and commercial finance teams to develop and implement these price increase strategies.
  • Conduct scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of different business strategies, present findings and propose recommendations.
  • Oversee the Pricing and Data Administrator to ensure customer price lists and schedules are updated and maintained. 

What you’ll bring:


  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a Financial/Commercial Analyst role. 
  • CA / CPA qualified
  • Experience in a FMCG/consumer product with an analytical background.
  • Good influencing and communication skills, with an aptitude for problem solving
  • A proven record in analysing and modelling complicated data sets and the creation of analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Aztec, Quantium) to aid decision making. The ability to use this information to reach insightful conclusions and create robust recommendations (‘So What’) and present outputs in an informative way.
