About the Role
As our business continues to evolve, the Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for the design and execution of our strategic agenda across the business to enhance commercial growth. The role will also have two direct reports to align and support with company targets across the ANZ region.
We have 2 roles available, permanent full time and a 12 month fixed term contract. Whilst the role is based in Sydney, we are open to considering Melbourne as an alternative location, based on our hybrid working model.
Your Key Accountabilities
- Develop strong activation and integrated activity plans
- Create and implement portfolio strategies and channel development guidelines
- Drive and manage performance against commercial targets
- Communicate brand standards, strategy and marketing programs to key stakeholders (internal and external)
- Partner with revenue management function to monitor and recommend pricing strategy
- Analyse financial data, understand our key consumer insights and consumer challenges
- Own the A&P budgets and input into regional long-term forecasting
- Lead the monthly brand performance and health reviews, via tracking and reporting
- Lead the commercialisation of NPDs including supporting category rationale and sell in tools
- Monitor market trends, and undertake competitor activity review
What You'll Bring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset to look for innovative ways of increasing Accolade Wines market presence
- Project Coordination/Management experience
- A proven ability to present to large groups (or willing to be coached on presentation skills)
- Proactivity, excellent organisational skills and an ability to lead a portfolio
- High level attention to detail & accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workload aligned with excellent time management
- Understanding of P&L, spreadsheets and interpreting market data
- Strong experience in a consumer marketing environment
- Leadership experience (ideal)
