We are now recruiting for a S&OP Analyst to join our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team.  This role provides reporting and analytics for the monthly S&OP process cycle and KPI metrics (casefill, slow-moving inventory and stockturn).  The S&OP Analyst plays a critical role bridging the needs of the commercial teams with the capabilities of Supply Chain & Operations to resolve demand and supply plan imbalance. 

You will be based in our Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home.

This role is full-time and permanent.

Your Key Accountabilities

•    Manage S&OP calendar, multi-functional meeting preparations, cycle content and stakeholder participation reporting.
•    Document ongoing S&OP assumptions, decisions and action items throughout each cycle. Facilitate integrated financial reconciliation between operational and financial plans.
•    Prepare and coordinate inputs for agreed S&OP meeting reporting decks.
•    Prepare reporting to include all assumptions, areas of over and/or underperformance and accompanying risks and opportunities.
•    Model, interpret, and report key end-to-end analytics and metrics to drive alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement across all areas of the business.
•    Track performance metrics and analyse to identify opportunities and risks. Troubleshoot underperforming metrics and develop a plan to increase compliance levels. 
•    Implement opportunities to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of S&OP supporting cost, service, and quality initiatives and drive process improvement initiatives to completion.
•    Evaluate the impact of key changes, risks, and opportunities and developing scenarios considering trade-offs that drive overall business performance.

What you’ll bring:

•    3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain or Finance in FMCG or beverage industry.  
•    Advanced report development (self-service dashboards) and data analytic skills. 
•    Experience with ERP, MRP and supply and data warehouse and planning systems.
•    Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, complex graphs and intricate formulas.
•    BA./B.S in Business, Finance, Operations.
