About the role

Join an exciting team and culture in this new role of Remuneration and Benefits Specialist. You will work closely with the newly formed Talent, Performance & Culture team which works across Remuneration and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Payroll.


The Remuneration and Benefits Specialist is an exciting role which will help us move towards a true high-performance organisation and Employer of Choice. This role will work closely with the HRBP's and Leadership teams to build our culture, and attract and retain top talent. You will also have the opportunity to work across various functions within the team if you so desire, and get involved in exciting projects. 


As the Remuneration and Benefits Specialist, you will enjoy working at a fast-pace and bring confidence and a strong customer focus to your work. You should be someone with excellent communication and influencing skills, committed to the delivery of innovative solutions and market leading interventions. 


This is a role which will see you involved in organisational change and play a key role in supporting workforce planning and modelling, salary and performance reviews and demonstrating your knowledge of remuneration and benefits models which will inspire and engage our workforce. 
 

Key responsibilities include:

•    Acting as the SME to ensure reward initiatives are enabling a high-performance culture
•    Leveraging data to create and implement data driven people and culture strategies
•    Developing comprehensive, competitive and justifiable remuneration models that support attraction and retention  
•    Developing benefits packages with regional specific nuances to support our attraction and retention strategy
•    Leading change initiatives to embed new strategies and interventions

What you’ll bring:

•    5+ years’ experience in a Remuneration and Benefits function
•    Superior stakeholder management and influencing skills
•    Demonstrated experience in project management and leading change initiatives 
•    Demonstrated experience in using data for strategic decision making
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and a drive for practical and effective solutions
•    Strength in customer focussed practices and the desire for customer service excellence
