About the role

The Remuneration, Benefits & Rewards Lead, reporting to the Head of HR Operations, collaborates with global HR leaders and specialists to drive staff engagement through remuneration and recognition initiatives. They ensure competitive total packages across Accolade Wines' 22 countries, analyse data, and oversee global programs like Celebrating You, managing remuneration and benefits administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead global implementation of Celebrating You, managing the platform, criteria, budget, nominations, ceremonies, reports, and updates.
  • Oversee Merit Review preparation, updating role benchmarks, providing job codes, developing matrices, analysing budgets, and training HR Business Partners.
  • Design competitive remuneration models and incentive schemes to attract and retain talent
  • Develop region-specific benefits packages to support retention and attraction strategies
  • Provide support for employee relocations including visa management and sponsorship
  • Conduct market salary surveys, analyse data, and propose remuneration strategies for market alignment.
  • Benchmark salaries globally, considering currency rates, economic indicators, gender gaps, and peer comparisons, ensuring equity internally and externally.
  • Lead industry data and government report submissions, provide remuneration information, and implement data-driven people strategies
     

What you'll bring:

  • Solid experience as Specialist in remuneration, rewards and benefits 
  • Able to lead the implementation and management of remuneration, policy, systems and frameworks in global companies  
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound experience in using data analytics
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving and coaching skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and coaching skills
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or relevant field (preferred)
