About the role

Join our growing Digital team to build our content strategy and deliver best-in-class social media campaigns across some of Australia’s most exciting wine brands.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will be accountable for developing and executing ‘scroll stopping’ content across a broad portfolio of global and local wine brands.

This role will also be responsible for the management of our brand’s social media presences, from community management, content strategy, and scheduling all the way to paid campaigns. 

A natural collaborator, you will partner with both the internal marketing teams (locally and globally), agency partners and influencers to deliver category-leading content for our brands and execute powerful digital campaigns that deliver outcomes for the business that truly move the needle. 

A strong project manager, managing multiple projects, brands and platforms at any one time will not phase you. If you have a passion for creating disruptive, fun and arresting social content, then this is the role for you!

Key responsibilities include:

•    Manage our social media platforms across our brands, increasing reach and engagement and supporting key campaigns.
•    Lead the development of all digital content across the ANZ portfolio of brands 
•    Develop our influencer strategy and ongoing execution across brands and our customer partners 
•    Website content management - website updates, work with stakeholders to curate content and appropriate sign off, help drive the website optimisation
•    Compile, review and communicate monthly and campaign reports on digital marketing performance, driving actionable insights for future efforts.

What you’ll bring:

•    Deep knowledge of the social media universe and a passion for creating best in class content.
•    A flare for content creation. You know how to write awesome copy and how to create social posts that will ‘stop the scroll’
•    Experience working with creative agencies, influencers and designers. We work with some great creative talent, but will rely on you to get the best out of them.
•    Excellent stakeholder management- we want someone with energy and passion that can bring others along the journey.
•    You’re a whizz with design programmes and content management systems (skills in Canva and Shopify Plus highly regarded)
•    Hands on experience on digital marketing reporting. You can find insights buried within the data.
