About the role

Are you ready to turn your data and insights skills into a driving force and support our category vision? We are recruiting a Category Executive, Analysis and Support, to join our friendly and dynamic team. Reporting to the Category Manager, you’ll partner with focus customers in your channel to deliver our category vision, building on our already strong category leadership position. You’ll collaborate with Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Sales colleagues to identify and communicate category risks and growth opportunities. By bringing the voice of the consumer and shopper to every project and conversation, you’ll help shape the future of our business with innovative strategies and world-class approach to Category Management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Learning to develop relationships on a day-to-day basis and support the Senior Category Manager in managing the needs and expectations of immediate internal and external customers.
  • Influencing both internal and external stakeholders through insight.
  • Helping to develop critical category business questions with the customer to stimulate relevant research.
  • You may also be involved with projects, creating new suites of insight led reports to be used internally and externally, and developing deep understanding of the needs of our customers at a strategic level, building this into short to medium term strategies.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience working within sales, category development, or an insights team along with 2 years of experience in data analysis (desirable if gained within an FMCG environment).
