Role Details

As the Ecommerce Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel activation and promotional strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. 

The incumbent of this role will developing and executing channel activation strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. Planning and coordinating promotional campaigns with all stakeholder alignment, including brands for an Omni channel structure. You will also be required to collaborate with the marketing and brand team to align on promotional activities with overall marketing objectives and product launches.

The Channel Activation Manager will monitor and analyse campaign performance and making data-driven optimisations to maximise results. You will also identify new channels and opportunities for brand exposure and customer engagement, and build relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support promotional activities. Forecast and demand planning across Ecommerce channel, & managing inventory and order fulfillment processes.

Your Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute channel activation strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition, and achieve Budget, volume and gross margin.
  • Planning and coordinating promotional campaigns with all stakeholder alignment – brand – Omni channel structure.
  • Work closely with ecommerce distribution partners to ensure sales opportunities are maximised with relevant channel.
  • Set promotional strategy with distribution partners and channel buyers and ensure smooth execution of the promotional strategy.
  • Identify new channels and opportunities for brand exposure and customer engagement.
  • Work with local and global teams to create compelling offerings for both internal & external customers.
  • Support the broader sales team to create and execute brand plans locally. 
  • Manage margin calculator, product selection, pricing review, sales forecasting and stock management.
  • Optimising the use of Accolade Wines digital platform

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree - Qualified in Business, Marketing or related favourable 
  • 5+ years in Sales and Marketing in an FMCG environment
  • 5+ years in brand or communications (agency or internal)
  • 2+ years in a role that requires visual design and/or copy writing

Physical and Other Requirements

  • Business Travel may be required from time to time.
