Role Details

Reporting to the Head of Treasury and Working Capital Management, the Insurance Projects Co-ordinator  is responsible for coordinating the general insurance program, including global annual renewal of all insurance policies.

Key tasks of the role include:

•    Managing claims process for all major and minor insurance claims - liaising with insurance brokers, consultants, and Accolade employees to prepare claims with supporting documentation.
•    Work closely with insurance brokers to ensure business contracts are reviewed for insurance and review feedback provided to the business
•    Maintain records of all insurance policies globally and work with insurance advisors to review insurance coverage each year
•    Coordinating site tours for insurance brokers and related specialists/advisors, Attending site tours where possible, and follow up on risk recommendations.
•    Global budgeting organisation and allocation for insurance premiums.
•    Key contact person within global Accolade Wines for all insurance matters.

•    Experience with administration of corporate insurance programs would be beneficial but not vital
