We are now recruiting for a Production Scheduling Manager to join our global Supply Chain and Operations team. Reporting to the Supply Manager this role has 3 direct reports and is responsible for the Management and Production Schedule at our bottling site in Bristol. 
You will be required to lead, train and inspire the Scheduling team to ensure effective and efficient schedules are produced and managed to optimise strategic requirements.

This role is full-time and permanent based at The Park in Avonmouth, with flexibility to work from home.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Deliver the manufacturing schedule for designated planning horizons, maximising efficiency and material availability
•    Maintain line and change over matrix to reflect dynamic machinery and product requirements
•    Schedule the production plan to maximise OEE and customer service within the constraints of dry goods and wine availability
•    Translate the budgeted production rates and the agreed plans into production targets, and communicate these throughout production
•    Drive improvements, escalate, resolve and manage any imbalances in conjunction with key stakeholders through the daily, weekly and monthly process 

What you’ll bring:

•    Strong experience working within a manufacturing environment, ideally within FMCG
•    Production scheduling, planning and forecasting experience 
•    Demonstrated improvement in performance and service, and KPI management
•    Strong leadership skills 
•    Highly computer literate
