We are now recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager for a 12 month maternity leave contract. 

Reporting to the Head of Digital ANZ, this role will be accountable for developing ‘best in class’ digital campaigns that bring our Accolade Wine brands to life in the highly competitive global market.

This role will be responsible for the development and execution of all digital marketing initiatives across paid, owned and earned channels designed to build brand awareness, engagement, purchase preference and sales across our portfolio of brands.

As a strong project manager, you oversee digital programs from inception through execution and reporting, ensuring successful delivery against goals.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives across paid, owned and earned channels designed to build brand awareness, engagement, purchase preference and sales across the ANZ portfolio
•    A lead role in managing and optimising our social media channels, taking them to the next level in terms of consistency, frequency, and engagement
•    Lead our influencer strategy and ongoing execution
•    A key driver of the content strategy across our brands - telling each brand’s unique story online through high-quality, engaging, helpful, and thought-provoking digital content
•    Website Management: website updates, work with stakeholders to curate content, help drive our website optimisation project 
•    Support the implementation the new Digital Marketing Stack - helping to build platforms and optimise ongoing campaigns 
•    Compile, review and communicate monthly and campaign reports on digital marketing performance, driving actionable insights for future efforts 

What you’ll bring:

•    Bachelor’s Degree or similar qualification in a related field (e.g. digital marketing, marketing or business)
•    A strong digital background with 5-7 years of experience, working in B2C or FMCG businesses 
•    Prior agency management experience  
•    Proven experience in executing multi-channel digital marketing plans
•    Paid digital media experience across – Social, PPC, Search and Programmatic   
•    Experience with social platforms and scheduling tools (Hootsuite is highly regarded)
•    Experience with various CMS’s (WordPress, Dato or Shopify Plus are highly regarded)
•    Experience with various CRM systems (Klaviyo or Mail Chimp highly regarded)
•    Experienced with design programs for content creation (Canva highly regarded)
•    Experience using analytical tools (Google Analytics, Meltwater, Social Media platforms and Dashthis are highly regarded) to provide insights and regular reporting on communication metrics
