Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity to join the Endeavour Drinks team at Accolade Wines as a National Account Manager.

In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the convenience wine category with one of Australia’s largest retailers, BWS.

You will be based in our brand-new Sydney CBD Office on Castlereagh Street, and you also have the flexibility to work from home!

Key responsibilities include:

•    Deliver the Volume, Net Sales and Gross Profit annual targets
•    Manage business and category reviews
•    Engage with BWS Category Managers to develop, align and execute promotions, activations and sales strategies to deliver against targets
•    Support on NPD & Innovation development and presentation
•    Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (i.e. marketing, category and shopper teams) to develop and execute against strategies and tactics
•    Lead one direct report (the BWS National Account Executive).

What you’ll bring:

•    3+ years’ experience in Liquor or FMCG at a National Account Manager Level
•    Demonstrated understanding of FMCG/Liquor sales, category and insights
•    A strong analytical skillset, with advanced capability in Excel & scan data (IRI, Quantium etc.)
•    The proven ability to deliver growth in a competitive market
•    A passion for wine and customer success.
