Accolades McLaren Vale Winery is a premium grape processing winery in the Fleurieu Peninsula, crushing premium winegrapes each vintage. It is our team that make this possible, a team you can be part of for vintage 2025. Vintage is a fantastic opportunity for those new to the industry to experience and learn the skills for a potential career in the wine industry. 

We're currently looking to fill this role on a seasonal casual basis, to commence a mid to late January 2025.

Key responsibilities:

Some of the tasks you may be involved in include;

•    Scheduling deliveries of grapes to the McLaren Vale, Barossa and Berri Estates wineries.
•    Liaise with contracted growers in regard to scheduling and booking of fruit into the winery.
•    Enter bookings Into the Vintrace Data Base
•    Liaise with Grape Sourcing Manager and Winemakers on fruit intake and bookings.
•    Administrative tasks as required.
•    Answer other enquiries via phone, or growers who visit the Viticultural office

What you'll bring:

•    Full working rights – visa holders included
•    A willingness to learn
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Organisational Skills.
•    Time Management Skills
•    Proficient in use of Vintrace (desirable) and Microsoft applications
•    Knowledge of viticultural vineyard operations and practices (desirable)
•    Knowledge of regional areas and grape varieties (desirable)
