About the role

If you are looking for a role where you can combine your love for hospitality and customer service with wine, then we have to role for you! 

We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Attendant at our Banrock Station Restaurant. You will be the face of our brand home, delivering providing high-quality food and service to our Cellar Door and Restaurant customers. 

This Casual role will work 2-3 days a week with the opportunity for more shifts as required. With dayshifts and an occasional evening shift, this role offers flexible hours which can work around other commitments.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Assist the Chefs to prepare food for service 
•    Set and clear tables for food service
•    Collect food from the kitchen and serve to customers 
•    Conduct relevant cash register activities 
•    Keep kitchen clean and assist with kitchen stock control 
•    Assist in washing dishes where required 

What you'll bring:

•    Previous experience in a restaurant and/or hospitality environment (highly desired)
•    Exceptional customer service skills, providing our customers with the best experience possible. 
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain in control when working under pressure. 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
•    Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation
