We are now recruiting for an IT eCommerce and Digital Manager to join our global IT team to partner Globally with the marketing, digital and sales teams to align Accolade Wines’. Delivering on global strategic and operational goal, you will expand on our Direct To Consumer Channel (DTC). As an integral part of the Digital Market Engagement team, you will deliver on rolling out new technologies within the eCommerce stream of the IT strategic roadmap. 


You can be based in our Adelaide CBD or Melbourne CBD office with flexibility to work from home, in this full-time and permanent.
 

Key responsibilities include:

•    Act as the principal point of contact for DTC stakeholders and collaborate with them on strategic goals and how these will be delivered with the IT strategic roadmap.
•    Lead all aspects of the DTC IT function ensuring applications and services are delivered in an efficient, cost effective and reliable solution.
•    Collaborate with all IT peers and senior managers to ensure the overall IT strategy is delivered.
•    Introduce digital technologies to improve DTC IT processes across Accolade in accordance with the overall IT strategy.
•    Manage internal and external partners to deliver applications support aligned to agreed SLAs for the DTC applications.
•    Ensure the successful delivery of DTC solutions supported with appropriate change management, training, and documentation.
•    Actively research and complete evaluations of new technology solutions to improve the DTC IT processes across Accolade in accordance with the overall IT strategy.

What you’ll bring:

•    Strong understanding of eCommerce Platforms, CMS and Google Analytics.
•    Knowledge in Klaviyo marketing automation tool preferred.  
•    10+ years in Technology
•    5+ years in eCommerce, digital marketing.
•    2+ years FMCG experience (alcobev preferred).
•    Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan. 
•    Proven ability to work confidently within a highly collaborative team environment.
•    Preferred candidates will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or relevant discipline.
•    Autonomy and the flexibility to execute on strategy as well as deliver excellent hands-on work. 
•    Proactivity, excellent organisational skills and a passion for wine!
