About the role

We are now recruiting for an Innovation Brand Manager to support the delivery of the Accolade Wines innovation agenda across global brands. Reporting to the Global Innovation Director, you will be pivotal in shaping insights and developing concepts in ways in how we reach consumers and shoppers. Working closely with Global and Regional brand teams to facilitate the use of consumer, shopper, competitor and customer insight in all areas of planning, driving bigger and better growth focused thinking.

You will be based in Melbourne in this full-time and permanent opportunity, with flexibility to work from home. 

Key responsibilities include:

•    Deliver on a 3-year innovation pipeline project, working across multiple brands and regions.
•    Contribute to the global innovation planning agenda to deliver clear and focused plan, feeding into local Integrated Activity Plans.
•    Support the creation of the innovation pipeline and ensure it is grounded in a deep understanding of trends, both cultural and consumption across wine, with an eye on total beverage industry movements. 
•    Manage new brands through the development to commercialisation of innovation projects, in consultation with Global and Regional brand teams. 
•    Create engagement packs and sell in decks to support the launch of innovation within the regions.
•    Help create a sustainable and vibrant innovation culture across brand and commercial teams.

What you’ll bring:

•    Curiosity to understand consumers and shoppers and the world they exist in, and ability to apply insights to drive brand and business growth.
•    Strong experience in marketing and brand innovation, with a flair for product development. 
•    Experience in the wine and/or alcohol industry will be highly regarded. 
•    Ability to bring the future to today's world and roadmap actions to make it happen in a commercial environment.
•    Able to influence senior stakeholders and create alignment with cross-functional teams.
•    Able to demonstrate resilience combined with emotional intelligence to build collaborative and powerful relationships.
•    Communicates well at all levels: share ideas and contributing.
•    Take the initiative to problem solve, challenge & improve to deliver the agreed targets.
•    Excellent planning and organisational skills.
•    Professional approach, demonstrating flexibility and ownership.
