We are now recruiting for a Key Account Manager to join our On-Premise Sales team. As part of the On-premise & State Leadership team, this role will expand current and secure incremental business in the On-Premise channel with a particular focus on state Clubs, Pub & Restaurant groups. In addition, incremental opportunities with State caterers and events are in scope as openings arise.

Territory the role covers is Western Australia, South Australia and Northern Territory, and therefore frequent inter-State travel is a requirement of the role, pending COVID restrictions.

You can be based in our Perth office, with flexibility to work from home.

This role is full-time.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Deliver Accolade Wines On-premise strategy with external & internal customers. 
•    Drive profitable growth through securing incremental On-Premise business in priority segments of Clubs, Pubs and Restaurants by targeting key state ownership groups.
•    Manage trade spend / investment within business guidelines
•    Formulate Partnership Agreement with new customers within guidelines


Customer Engagement
•    Share & generate support and engagement with key customers on our strategies, plans & priorities
•    Develop & own customer relationships with key prospects


Business Analytics
•    Conduct sales performance analysis by key customers & groups, identifying risk & opportunities


Internal Engagement
•    Perform as a key member of the state Leadership team – including providing direction & support for the state field team
•    Develop cross-functional internal working relationships with a focus on Category, Brand, Shopper Marketing & field teams.

What you’ll bring:

•    Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in liquor sales (wine preference)
•    Demonstrated On-Premise experience, in particular securing new business
•    Demonstrated account & customer management experience including the development of customer promotional plans and activities
•    Proven ability to develop sound commercial relationships across the trade & deliver results
