We are now recruiting for a National Account Manager to join our Sales team supporting a major supermarket.


This role is full-time , permanent and field based
 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Senior National Account Manager to deliver the Volume, Net Sales & Gross Profit annual targets.
  • Development, negotiation, and execution of the annual joint business plan and promotional program. 
  • Work with marketing, trade marketing, demand planning and category stakeholders to develop, sell-in and execute against strategies and tactics.
  • Sign off monthly finance/promo reports
  • Ensure forecasts are accurate and worked well in advance
  • Ensure we are the partner of choice for all of our customer stakeholders.
     

What you’ll bring:

You will be positive with a can-do attitude, able to offer a fundamental skill set in sales with the mindset to learn and progress in role. Ideally you will have a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a commercial or sales role in an FMCG environment on a Top 4 Grocery Account, experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships as well as having a track record of delivering against goals within previous customer accounts, using the various levers at your disposal. It is preferable to demonstrate understanding of the wine category and consumer dynamics but not this is not obligatory.
