We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our high-performing Tasmanian Field Sales team. In this role you will manage on-premise accounts (restaurants, bars, pubs, bottle shops, and clubs) across Tasmania, with a few retail accounts as well. 


This role is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Achieve sales KPIs around revenue, account service levels, distribution, trade spend, product mix and volume
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies and state-based initiatives to achieve annual revenue targets for your territory.
  • Participate as a member of the National Field Sales community
  • Prospect and achieve new business acquisition.
  • Utilise, update and maintain our CRM system.

What you’ll bring:


  • 2+ years of field sales experience or strong hospitality experience
  • Full working rights – visa holders included
  • We’d love someone with experience in the Liquor Sales industry – however we’ll train you up if you’re an excellent salesperson with a love for achieving KPIs
  • Stellar negotiation and influencing skills
  • Goal-driven, with excellent organisational skills and a passion for wine!
