We are now recruiting for a Materials Planner to join our Planning team. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of dry goods to the manufacturing plan, minimising risk and managing inventory. You will be able to build strong relationships with suppliers and assist in their performance management. 


You will be based at our bottling site in Avonmouth, Bristol, with flexibility to work from home.


This role is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Manage relationships with suppliers by regular reviews and site visits
•    Review and set appropriate replenishment techniques to support SKUs and interfaces with daily MRP plans and ensure the MRP system reflect agreed quantities 
•    Review MRP daily outputs to ensure Minimum Order Quantities and Initial Order Quantities are adhered to
•    Place orders where there are gaps between materials requirements and suppliers Available To Promise
•    Liaise with suppliers at above market level to resolve any issues and anomalies 
•    Ensure sufficient materials are available for call-off in accordance with the latest production schedule

What you’ll bring:

•    Experience of manufacturing planning, S&OP & MRP-II & ERP environments, Advanced Planning Systems & ideally JDE
•    Advanced Excel skills including the ability to create and manage pivot tables and Vlookups. Design and manipulate complex trackers and create intricate formulas
•    Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
