We are now recruiting for a Manufacturing Systems Coordinator to join our End of Line team at our bottling site in Avonmouth, Bristol. In this role you will carry out all core system transactions related to the work order process for Bottling and Bag in Box manufacturing, including interfacing, WIP monitoring, material, wine and finished product reconciliation, and report generation.

Our production team operate on an annualised shift pattern (working days and nights: 7am-7pm/ 7pm-7am). 

Key responsibilities include:

•    Monitor material flow (via red Prairie) to all production lines to ensure supply and clearance, highlighting areas of concern to the shift manager and in their absence direct FLT drivers as required
•    Close work orders and investigate irregularities and ensure all paperwork is completed 
•    Reconcile material usage, finished products, wine usage and investigate discrepancies
•    Build, monitor and publish KPIs
•    Maintain quality record sheets for production lines 
•    Undertake full and daily perpetual stock takes 

What you’ll bring:

•    Ideally you will have experience working in a manufacturing/ stock controlled environment 
•    Strong Business Systems competency – JDE/Red Prairie/Botec and generic software such as Excel, Access, Lotus notes etc. 
•    Ability to problem solve, take initiative and challenge to improve targets
