We have a new opportunity to join our Customer Service Team as Export Customer Service Executive, reporting to the Customer Operations Manager.  This will be a hybrid role working both at our office in central Bristol and also from home. 

 

This role is a full-time role on a 12-month contract

Key responsibilities

 

In this role you will be responsible for the processing and management of export orders from receipt of order through to delivery and beyond. Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Ensuring orders are processed in-line with customer requirements and internal SLAs whilst maintaining and developing customer relationships.  
  • Processing and management of customer orders from receipt through to despatch.
  • Regularly communicating with customers, vendors and key stakeholders updating on progress throughout the process. 
  • Maintaining and developing customer relationships ensuring a collaborative approach.
  • Being the first point of contact for any issues that arise, completing RCA and putting in preventative measures.
  • Creation of NES and EMCS documentation through customs & excise platforms.
  • Administration of any third-party documentation within the shipment orders 
  • Ensuring documentation is processed accurately and distributing to customers in timely manner
  • Maintaining customer shipment records 
  • Leading E2E complaints management for both customer and consumers. 

What you'll bring:

 

  • Experience in customer order management.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Knowledge of export documentation desirable but not essential.
