About the role

We have a new opportunity for a Contract Pack Operations Assistant to join our Business Development team at The Park site close to the M5 near Bristol. 
 

About the location

The Park  is the largest bottling plant in the Northern Hemisphere. About the role – Key Accountabilities

This role will report into the Customer Partnership Manager, with a dotted line into the Contract Pack Finance Analyst who will coordinate and lead the day-to-day focus. You will form a pivotal part of The Park's rapid expansion into the world of Co-Pack. The aim is to provide increased support for the day-to-day management of the growing number of new customers, focusing on the financial transactions between The Park and Co-Pack customers, as well as internal financial reporting.
In addition, the role will include certain aspects of project management and support for creating internal processes to cover all transactions with customers. Part of this will include aiding in the creation of a new customer portal.
 

About you

You will be to work closely with a number of different and diverse teams within The Park; finance, manufacturing, scheduling, materials, inventory and warehouse, representing the best interests of the customer at all times. Attention to detail, good organisation and communication skills, and ability to manage your own time are key in this role, as well as a desire to be part of a high-performing team. 
Ideally you will have a degree level qualification or equivalent work experience gained in a finance setting. You will have excellent Microsoft Excel skills and previous experience using Microsoft Access or similar database systems.

 

You will have the flexibility to work out of office hours to accommodate the occasional call with our Australian colleagues and have the ability to travel to our Weybridge site if required.
