We are now recruiting for an Accounts Payable Global Liaison Officer to join our Global Finance team, reporting into the Global Procure to Pay Lead. You will be responsible for all communication between our suppliers and internal teams within our Accounts Payable processing team. You will seek to continuously improve global stakeholder relationships and facilitate smooth processing of our payable functions. 

You will be based in either our Bristol or Weybridge office, with flexibility to work from home.

This role is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Maintain control of all AP inboxes managing all incoming correspondence. Australian and UK query and invoice emails
•    Establish and maintain productive relationships with all stakeholders. Be a point of reference for all stakeholders to give confidence in the status of processing.
•    Work closely with the AP processing team to ensure supplier expectations around queries and concerns are met in a timely and clear fashion. Every query to receive a response every time.
•    Act as a point of contact for the business and assist in directing queries to the relevant source internally and externally. 
•    Ensure internal teams are aware of the processes and requirements for prompt processing by the AP team. Guide and offer solutions as require.

What you’ll bring:

•    Experience within a fast-paced, high volume environment with a clear focus and understanding of the accounts payable process.
•    Strong demonstrated experience of managing multiple priorities.
•    Excellent clear and concise communication skills with the ability to build lasting trust-based relationships.
•    Experience of JDE or Oracle would be beneficial.
•    Proactivity, strong attention to detail and a passion for wine!

What you can expect:

An annual salary in the range of £30,000 - £35,000 as well as annual wine allowance, on top of your salary!
