About This Role

The role of Talent Acquisition Specialist oversees the full-cycle of Talent Acquisition.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist's prime responsibility is to drive a consistent, customer focused process for recruiting great talent into Accolade Wines, where the recruitment process is more than just hiring people. The Talent Acquisition Specialist's responsibility is to ensure the recruitment process serves as a way to attract, recruit and retain the best talent possible. It is a crucial process that supports our overall employee value proposition.
Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and guiding HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers in the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process. 
You will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs, leveraging our internal database, as well as using proactive sourcing methods. 
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with internal and external stakeholders to execute our recruitment and on-boarding with excellence, and ensure that our process continues to meet the needs of the talent of the future.
 

Your Key Accountabilities

• Drive end to end recruitment across the organisation, globally.
• Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the lifecycle of the recruitment process.
• Drive a positive hiring manager experience throughout the lifecycle of the process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify talent resourcing needs
• Determine selection criteria in consultation with stakeholders.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
• Support the business with proactive and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Roll out and embed the on-boarding process.
• Build organisational capabilities of associated recruitment skill requirements.
• Build key metrics to measure the success of the recruitment and on-boarding processes eg time to fill, regrettable losses, new hire turnover.
• Implement a candidate survey and use feedback for continuous improvement.
• Investigate and implement options for talent pooling, referral programs, scholarships, internships, and grad programs.
 

Other Accountabilities Include

• Involvement in talent-related projects in collaboration with the Talent and Development team.
• Support in the development of a recognisable and unique Accolade Wines' Employee Value Proposition to bring to life our global strategy, culture and behaviours.

Your Knowledge and Skills

• 5+ years’ experience in recruitment (preferably internal)
• Familiarity with social media, job boards, resume databases and professional networks (LinkedIn, Seek).
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (SAP SuccessFactors highly desirable).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A keen understanding of the differences between various functions and roles within organisations.

Functional
• An understanding of functions, roles, and capabilities required for specific roles across an organisation.
• Ability and experience in writing and supporting the writing of position descriptions which clearly articulate the role requirements.
• Ability and experience in bringing innovative solutions to existing processes for efficiency and efficacy.
• Experience in using proactive sourcing methods and talent pooling to source great talent.
• A keen understanding of the importance of the end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding process for attracting and retaining great talent.
• Experience with varied candidate assessment methods.
• Expert ability with Applicant Tracking Systems (SAP SuccessFactors highly desirable). 
 

About You - Essential Qualifications

• Relevant Tertiary qualification desirable
