Your Key Accountabilities

Our Vintage Cellar Hands operate a variety of plant and machinery to begin the winemaking process, some of the tasks you may be involved in include;
- Crusher Operations
- Pressing (bags, screw, and drainers)
- Fermentation
- Filtering (RDV operation, Crossflows, Centrifuges)
- Transfers and additions
Your Knowledge and Skills
Essential;
- Full working rights – visa holders included
- Good communication
- Literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to work rotating shift work (possible weekends also)
Desirable;
- Previous wine industry experience
- Forklift Licence
- Confined space ticket
