About the role

The Berri Estates Winery is the largest grape processing winery in the Southern Hemisphere, crushing hundreds of thousands of tonnes each vintage. Vintage is a fantastic opportunity for those new to the industry to experience and learn the skills for a potential career in the wine industry.
We're currently looking to fill multiple roles on a seasonal casual basis, to commence a mid to late January 2025.
Key responsibilities:
Some of the tasks you may be involved in include;
- Scheduling deliveries of grapes to the Berri Estates Winery
- Liaise with harvest contractors in regard to scheduling grower’s grapes
- Answer other enquiries via phone, or growers who visit the viticultural office
- Other tasks as reasonably requested
What you’ll bring:
- Full working rights – visa holders included
- A willingness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organisational Skills
- Time Management Skills
- Proficient in use of Vintrace (desirable) and Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of viticultural vineyard operations and practices
- Knowledge of regional areas and grape varieties
