About the role

We are now recruiting for an Inventory Controller to join our Logistics Team. The primary function of this role is to assist the Inventory Manager execute inventory process, guaranteeing accuracy of all finished goods and raw material held across Accolade Wines third party packaging and warehousing sites. 

You can be based in either our Adelaide or Berri Estates offices, with flexibility to work from home. 
This role is full-time and permanent

Key responsibilities include:

•    Replenishment of 3rd Party warehousing facilities nation wide
•    Accuracy of finished goods and materials inventory held at third party manufacturing and warehousing sites through cycle counts and route cause analysis
•    Facilitate identification and removal of obsolete and damaged inventory to manage inventory levels and costs
•    Resolve third party warehousing issues
•    Conduct annual stocktakes across multiple sites/states.
•    Measure, manage and report on third party manufacturing and warehousing performance; Cycle Counts, damages,
•    Seek authorisation of damages for removal
•    Identify and resolve issues/trends
•    Inspect customer returns to determine saleability.
•    Assist Berri warehousing with inventory issues; Finished goods and Dry Goods
•    Product reservations and holds outside of normal allocations in JDE.

What you’ll bring:

•    Ideally 3 years or more experience in a warehouse environment
•    Experience in inventory control desirable
•    An ability to work automatously
•    Must have a valid driver’s license
•    A great attitude and willingness to learn
