About the role

The driving force behind our business is our people – we have over 1,500 staff across Australia, the UK, Europe, Asia, South Africa, New Zealand and the Americas, and every one of us is passionate about making the ordinary extraordinary through our amazing wines. 

We are now recruiting for Cellar hands to join our Berri Estates Winery team. Our team members operate a variety of plant and machinery throughout the winemaking process. Processes include vintage operations, filtration, product transfers, blends, additions and others. 

This role is full-time and permanent. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Follow directions provided by Cellar leadership
• Completion of cellar operation tasks in line with SOP’s
• Housekeeping and sanitation
• Vintage operations/support in training for vintage seasonal employees
• Take ownership of safety and quality

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 3 years of cellar experience
• A continuous improvement mentality
• Reliable team player with a mature approach
• Autonomy, and ability to work without direct supervision
