We are now recruiting for an Assistant Brand Manager, Sparkling Portfolio and Petaluma to join our face-paced Marketing Team at our new modern offices in the Sydney City CBD. You will assist in strategically managing the regional development of world-class wine brands with a long-term vision, whilst also ensuring the delivery of short, medium- and long-term brand equity, market share and profitability via the production of brand & business plans.

You will be based in new Sydney CBD office on Castlereagh Street, with flexibility to work from home also.

This role is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Input into the development of Regional brand strategies and business plans for Australia and New Zealand
•    Assist in the development of annual regional brand and integrated activity plans
•    Assist in efficient management of brand A&P budgets and reconciliation of accounts
•    Assist in the development of strong regional activation plans (aligned to global strategies/plans)
•    Assist in setting market and channel strategy development guidelines, especially as it relates to setting distribution targets by tier/varietal/price point/channel
•    Assist in communication of brand standards, strategy and marketing programs to key stakeholders (internal & external)
•    Monthly brand performance and health reviews, tracking and reporting
•    Measurement and Evaluation (M&E) of key brand activity
•    New product development (input on global brands), including supporting category rationale and sell in tools 
•    Support commercialisation (building sell in, launch and activation plans) of global NPDs
•    Website content management and maintenance/administration

What you’ll bring:

•    Marketing or Business-related degree
•    Minimum two years FMCG (Liquor Industry experience desirable) 
•    Ability to multi-task with a can-do attitude
•    Strong presentation skills 
•    Entry level commercial acumen
•    Passion for wine
