We have an exciting opportunity for a Shopper Marketing Executive to join our ANZ Customer Marketing Team. In this role you will collaborate with our Senior Shopping Marketing Manager, Sales, and Brand teams to plan, deliver and evaluate Shopper Marketing Activations in the Off-Premise Channel.
This role is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities include:
- Support the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager in the creation and delivery of Shopper Marketing plans and activations that inspire and excite both customers and shoppers.
- Assist in the creation, execution and delivery of beginning to end multi-channel shopper marketing campaigns that span the entire shopper journey and are based on shopper insights delivering the right message, to the right shopper at the right time.
- Plan and manage key account and channel activations end to end in line with direction from the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager including customer/ stakeholder liaising and presenting
- Develop post promotional evaluation, reporting learnings and future recommendations.
- Assist in providing BTL Activity input for cycle meetings and presenting
- Manage print/ merchandise purchasing, quality, logistics and delivery into warehouse
- Be the POS warehouse key contact and super user; stock management, user set up and training, virtual warehouse allocations and invoicing
- Provide Sales teams with relevant selling tools including trade presenters, brand info sheets and branded POS/ collateral.
- Work with the relevant teams feeding into the half yearly Accolade Wines price portfolios and quarterly Premium Portfolio, ensuring they are delivered on time and accurately.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG (liquor/wine preference).
- Experience of working in a multi-functional team; managing a number of stakeholders (internal and external) across multiple working locations
- Strong project management, planning and organisation skills
- Confident, professional and articulate communicator (both written and oral)
- Flexibility and confidence working in a fast-paced environment
