We are now recruiting for a Senior Product Manager to join our Supply Chain and Operations Team.  This is a leadership role, in which you will drive innovation, identify initiatives that lead to a competitive category / financial advantage and bring to life innovative packaging solutions within a manufacturing environment.  You will project manage all aspects of new and existing product development to achieve quality and technical standards within project timeframes and budget.     


You will be based in our Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home.


This role is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Deliver global and regional projects and initiatives in line with timelines, briefs and budget.
•    Partner effectively with cross functional stakeholders including Regional Marketing teams, QA, Global Marketing, MDM, Supply Chain, Operations , Manufacturing teams & suppliers.
•    Generate and distribute  product specifications, completed with precision and on time.
•    Lead and foster a supportive team culture, encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing and strong communication to deliver plans efficiently and effectively.
•    Training and development of new team members.
•    Identify opportunities to optimise product cost of goods and maintain product quality. 
•    Anticipate issues at any stage of the product change process and provide input into portfolio management process.
•    Champion sustainability, seek solutions and products from reliable and sustainable resources.
•    Assist with the development of strategic plans and annual brand plans
•    Production planning; ensure production requirements are accurate and clear including all dry good approvals.

What you’ll bring:

•    Minimum 5 years’ experience within an end to end packaging environment.
•    University degree in business, marketing or related disciplines.
•    Previous experience within the wine industry or related industry. 
•    Leadership and people management skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities / projects within tight deadlines
•    Strong problem solving and decision-making ability. 
•    Proactivity, excellent organisational skills and a passion for wine!
