We are now recruiting for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to provide high level technical support to Accolade Wines internal users and other global support teams. Reporting to the Global Infrastructure Manager, you act as a point of escalation and mentor other Infrastructure team members to share knowledge and build skills.

You will be based in our Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home.

This role is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities include:

• Work closely with the Global Infrastructure Manager and global infrastructure team to ensure that the IT infrastructure supports the business strategy and global requirements.
• Collaborate with the offshore team and ensure a deep knowledge of global infrastructure
• Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of company’s technology platforms
• Ensure our computer-based resources are protected and secure from malicious activity.
• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery systems are up-to-date and capable of recovery data within defined RPO.
• Continually enhance our IT Service Management (ITSM) maturity and incident management capabilities
• Assist with new IT projects by investigating options and makes recommendation as to what systems, hardware, and software changes are appropriate.
• Train and enhance user knowledge regarding computer software and hardware

What you'll bring:

• 8+ years in an Infrastructure Engineer role
• Excellent experience in the IT operation and support of complex IT infrastructure like Cloud Solutions, Datacentre, LAN/WAN, Backup, Email solutions.
• Extensive experience in M365 Cloud Platforms including Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Intune & OneDrive
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Experience with the daily management of endpoint protection, patching and security controls.
