We have an exciting opportunity for a National Cellar Door Administrator to join our ANZ Cellar Door Team. In this role you will collaborate with the National Cellar Door Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Cellar Door teams across ANZ. 

 

This role is part-time (4 days) or full-time and permanent

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Deliver exceptional administrative support service to the Cellar Door Team and ensure customer satisfaction is in line with Accolade Wines’ expectations and KPIs.
  • Liaise with suppliers, generate purchase orders, follow through with the accounting system.
  • Monitor stock on hand across all cellar doors. Assist cellar door with stock related issues, including; placing stock transfers, receipting stock, correcting variances and supporting stocktakes. 
  • Conduct financial administration duties including invoicing, resolving point-of-sale imbalances and reconciling accounts.
  • Liaise with Cellar Door Managers to develop and maintain up to date and accurate records of invoices, purchase orders & stock on hand.
  • Support cellar doors with point-of-sale and ecommerce platforms, setting up new users and maintaining products.
     

What you’ll bring:

 

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a customer service or sales administration role
  • Experience working in a front-line cellar door role (highly desired) 
  • Strong technical skills and good financial acumen 
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Confident, professional and articulate communicator (both written and oral) 
  • Flexibility and confidence working in a fast-paced environment
