We are now recruiting for a Logistics Specialist to join our Customer Service and Logistics team.  In this role, you will manage network service issues (3PLs and transport), service agreements and supplier contract KPIs / DIFOT metrics.  You will be responsible for monthly reporting, reconciliation and stakeholder management with a focus on defining and improving process and optimising bulk wine movements.     

You will be based in our Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home.

This role is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner to ensure DIFOT.
•    Closing out known risks to service levels and working with stakeholders to implement effective strategies to avoid exposure. 
•    Procurement of ad hoc / additional storage and transport capacity.
•    Create and maintain contingency plans for network issues and address capacity shortfalls.
•    Maintenance of rate schedules and timely communication across the business of material changes to service costs.
•    Forward visibility of budget gaps and identification of negative trends against existing assumptions. 
•    Coordinate bulk wine movements and explore opportunities for cost savings and network optimisation. 
•    Major supply chain partner(s) reporting and performance monitoring against key metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
•    Bi-annual audits of supply chain partners against legislative requirements and COR obligations.
•    Non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follow ups with 3PLs and transport providers and resolution/action plans to avoid future incidents and adverse impacts on service levels.
•    Process mapping and process improvement with emphasis on lean principles and identifying roles and responsibilities with supporting SOPs.

What you’ll bring:

•    High level of attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
•    Demonstrated Excel skills (Intermediate to Advanced) and reporting capabilities.
•    Experience with WMS systems and multi-system integrations.
•    High level of commercial acumen and well-developed analytical skills.
•    Exceptional relationship building abilities.
•    Demonstrated proficiency in contract management and reporting.
