About the role

 

We are now recruiting for an IT Procurement & Administration Officer to undertake administration & procurement duties within the IT Governance and Procurement team.

 

Reporting to the IT Governance & Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for undertaking administrative, procurement and telephony related tasks for the IT department. You will be based in our Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home.

 

This role is permanent full time.

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Work within IT Budgets to verify invoice costs are correct and process IT invoices
  • Organise quotes for end user hardware / software / peripherals working with End User Services team to verify requirements
  • Procure telephony equipment (mobiles/data services) using IT procurement processes
  • Point of contact for IT telephony enquiries from end users.
  • Run monthly expenditure reports from the telephony management system and address all enquiries as a result.
  • Maintain accurate stock records of mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, Data services) in both the IT Asset Management system and telephony management system, adhering to internal processes
  • Travel organisation
  • Stationery ordering
  • Variety of other tasks including contracts administration, new supplier setups, monthly BU financial analysis / capital expenditure administration and internal and external IT audit.

What you'll bring

 

  • 2+ years in administration & support (essential)
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint (essential)
  • Good working knowledge of MS Teams (desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to work within large teams
