We are now recruiting for an IT Business Analyst to join our Global Information Technology team, based in Berri or Adelaide. Reporting to the IT Business Partner – Viticulture and Winemaking, this role will work across the business to elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate requirements to drive IT solutions and best outcomes for the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive process innovation, improvement, and recommendations with key stakeholders
- Work with the business to define requirements to deliver faster business value
- Work with IT Business Partners and Leads to develop business cases for building prototypes, proof of concepts, or minimum viable products as required.
- Proactively identify, analyse options, and provide recommendations for improving effectiveness and mitigating risks.
- Support current and future projects of work to deliver improvements for our micro-apps and workflow solutions
What you’ll bring:
- This role will suit someone with a manufacturing, FMCG, or beverage background, who is keen to learn about the production of wine and how the IT role supports this. Experience includes:
- 2- 3 years experience as a Business Analyst with a strong ability to decipher and conduct data analysis is highly desirable
- Documenting Standard Operating Procedures
- Experience mapping processes and workflow to business application functionality
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office suits (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate presentations and training
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or similar is highly desirable
- Experience in the Wine Industry or mid-tier FMCG is highly desirable
