We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Export / Customer Service team.  The Export Order Management role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.  In this role, you will manage all tasks related to export order management and communications.   Working closely with the Customer Service and Commercial teams to exceed customer expectations.      


You will be based in our Adelaide Office (moving to the Adelaide CBD) in December.


This role is a Fixed-Term position for 12 months.
 

Key responsibilities include:

Processing of customer orders from Purchase Order receipt to Export Documentation issuance. This includes;
•    Order Entry; 
•    Customer communication and updates;
•    Buyer profile and pricing list management;
•    Order reconciliations and completions to meet execution metrics and ensure DIFOT;
•    Freight requests; 
•    Internal Stakeholder communications and contribution to process improvement within the Customer Service / Export team;
•    Administrative support as required, including credits.
 

What you’ll bring:

•    Previous experience in a similar role within a supply chain; FMCG or the wine industry.
•    A high level of attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and delegate. 
•    The proven ability to operate within an ERP environment and the ability to use Excel and Adobe on an Intermediate level.
•    Business qualification in administration, supply chain or similar.
