We are now recruiting for a Bulk Wine and Concentrate Trading Coordinator ANZ to join our Supply Chain and Operations Team.  In this role, you will manage the bulk wine and concentrate budget and facilitate all process steps for bulk wine purchase and sales across Australia and New Zealand.  This includes, coordination of bulk shipments for both domestic and international markets and taking an active role in working with wineries, transport and ocean fright logistics, end to end supply chain and OTC.

You will be based in our Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home.

This role is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Manage customer production requirements and sales schedules. 
•    Administer all functions of bulk and grape sourcing. 
•    Manage bulk wine shipment for sales and purchases, including liaising with freight forwarders/transport companies.
•    Supply samples, QA results and batch allocation for GJ Concentrate sales.
•    Prepare tasting notes and maintenance of sample database for 3rd party bulk wine purchases.
•    Gather and disseminate LIP’s, COA’s & WIS’ for bulk wine purchases and sales.
•    Obtain quotes & update pricing and pricelists for non-intercompany shipments.
•    Maintain JDE & MDM database in relation to bulk wine codes and vintages.
•    Reconciliation of customer specific requirements for shipping queries and documentations.
•    Liaise with compliance bodies (internal and external), external laboratories and government entities.
•    Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, to help direct information when required.
•    Trouble-shoot problems within the bulk wine structure and identify lead time issues and suggestions for improving freight budget.
•    Identify opportunities within current work practices to continually improve the bulk wine processes, striving to improve and deliver efficiencies.

What you’ll bring:

•    Practical understanding of the Sales Order Processing to cash role.
•    University degree in International Trade / Business Management or related discipline is preferable.
•    Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Export & Import role.
•    Viticulture or Wine qualification advantageous.
•    Proactivity, excellent organisational skills and a passion for wine!
