Role Details

 

We are now recruiting for an Assistant Product Manager with a passion for crafting exceptional products to join our vibrant Product Management team based in Adelaide CBD.

 

At the forefront of shaping our product portfolio, you'll assist in refining existing products, developing new product initiatives, whilst gaining exposure to the entire product lifecycle (from conception to market release and beyond).

 

This role will be a full time, 12 month fixed contract, based in Adelaide.

Your Key Accountabilities

 

  • Assisting in identifying improvement areas to ensure our product portfolio remains competitive and relevant
  • Assisting in conducting market research, defining product specifications, and supporting the development process for new wine products
  • Supporting the establishment of KPIs and metrics to measure product success and performance in the market
  • Working closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and production teams to facilitate the execution of product initiatives
  • Proactively updating project plans, timelines and budgets providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products in the wine market

Your Knowledge and Skills

 

  • An interest in product management, preferably within the wine or FMCG sectors
  • The ability to proactively manage multiple priorities/projects within tight deadlines
  • A mature attitude and solutions focused approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage complex tasks with excellent attention to detail
  • High level organisation and time management skills
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for alcoholic beverages will be highly regarded, as is a qualification in Business, Marketing, Projects, or a related field
